RENTAL RATES AND DETAILS
Rental rates are based on time and intended use of the studio. Hourly bookings are available for beauty professionals, while half-day and full-day options are offered for larger or extended bookings. Details and add-ons are outlined below.
Hourly Studio Rate (Artists Only)
$125/hour
Hourly rentals are available exclusively to beauty professionals and are intended for shorter bookings such as trials, and single clients. A minimum of two hours is required, with a maximum booking of four hours. Hourly rentals are not available for bridal parties.

Half Day Studio Rental
$500/4 Hours
The half day rental is ideal for smaller bridal parties, content shoots, brand activations, education demos, etc. This option includes private studio access, music, lounge seating, a beauty-friendly setup, and comfortable use of the space for up to eight guests.

Full Day Studio Rental
$850/8 hours
The full day rental is designed for full bridal day, multiple artists, larger content days, workshops, and editorial shoots. This option includes exclusive use of the studio, a flexible timeline, and accommodation for up to ten guests, making it suitable for both beauty and creative use.

ADD ONS AND EXTRA HOURS
By request
Overtime is billed at $125 per hour and applies to any use of the studio beyond the reserved rental period. Early access before standard hours and late checkout are available by request and are each billed at $125, subject to availability.
Optional add-ons are available to enhance your booking. These include
- Shampoo bowl access for $100
- Towel and linen service for $75,
- A beverage station with coffee, tea, and water for $50
- Studio reset or cleanup service for $100.
Booking Terms & Payment Policy
Bookings that exceed the maximum guest capacity will incur an additional fee of $50 per person.
A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all studio rentals, with the remaining balance due 48 hours prior to the booking date. A $250 refundable damage deposit is also required and will be returned within 3–5 business days following the rental, provided the space is left in its original condition.

Yes. Makeup artists and planners are welcome to book the studio as part of their services and include it within their client packages.
No. Low Key Studio Rental is a space-only offering. Artists bring their own kits, tools, and teams.
The studio comfortably accommodates 8–10 guests, including artists and bridal parties.
Light alcohol such as champagne is permitted when provided by the client for private rentals. Alcohol is not sold or served by the studio. Final guidelines are shared upon booking.
Overtime is billed at an hourly rate and must be approved in advance or at the time of overage, subject to availability.
Yes. Personal music is welcome during your rental.
