The space is open-concept with natural light, curated details, and a hospitality-forward touch. Guests are offered beverages, light snacks, and a relaxed environment that makes time in the chair feel unhurried.

- Optional education days (quarterly + by request)

- Beverage service (water, coffee, tea, soda + occasional mimosas)
- Light snacks for guests
- Designated backbar storage
- Shampoo & conditioner
Assistants are welcome if it enhances your service model.

- One-to-one guest experience
- No double booking unless renting two chairs
- Clean, calm, and considered shared space
- Stylists manage their own booking, pricing & product choices
- No Sunday/Monday operations (special circumstances can be discussed if alignment remains strong)
- No receptionist — stylists maintain autonomy over their workflow
Contract Terms
$1000 + HST monthly
First & last month due at signing
Six-month minimum commitment
